I have a new job!
On Monday, I will be joining Carrot Creative as a strategist.
First, it has to be said that I am indebted to the Postling team (Dave, Alexis, mcdavis, Josh, Chris, Haim, Beth) for all that I’ve learned over the past nine months. I very much believe in everything that the company stands for and can’t wait to see great things unfold for them.
But as sad as I am to leave this startup that’s become like family to me, I am absolutely thrilled to join Carrot Creative.
I’ve watched Carrot grow immensely over the last five years and am honored that they are going to allow me to play a part in their success. We are going to make big things happen.
I will be moving from one dream job,
and admirable team,
I am very, very lucky.
Here’s to moving forward.
I’m noticing more and more these days that social networking sites are all adopting each others’ best practices. I don’t fault them: LinkedIn wasn’t very engaging, Facebook needed to stop throwing sheep and get serious, Plaxo wasn’t too exciting as a mere Putlook plugin. So now that I “connect” from one to the other with all the same people, at what point do they all become essentially the same? Then what?
